Getting kids to eat something that’s healthy AND fun can be like searching for the holy grail. At our house, we encourage our kids to make their own lunches made up of 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, 1 protein, and a “fun” thing…. ….cause Momma ain’t got time for that! And whether it’s the kids or the parents making lunch, it’s got to be fast and simple. Inspired by Valentine’s Day, we put together a little red and white love in a box.
