Dried Apricot Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of your favorite granola
- 1/2 cup Mariani Dried Apricots, chopped
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves, julienned
- Optional: a drizzle of honey or agave syrup for added sweetness
Instructions
- Start with two clear glasses or mason jars and add a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each glass.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt, followed by a layer of chopped apricots.
- Repeat until you have two to three complete layers of yogurt, granola and apricots.
- Finish with a few julienned mint leaves and a drizzle of honey, if desired.
- Best if served immediately.
