Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Mariani No Sugar Added Dried Peaches, chopped (40 g)
  • 2 tbsp Mariani California Raisins (20–24 g)
  • ½ cup rolled oats (45 g)
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter (5 g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240 ml) or any milk you like
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, optional
  • Pinch of fine salt
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar (4 g), or to taste

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the oats and toast, stirring often, for 1–2 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  • Pour in the milk and salt, bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until creamy, 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped dried peaches, raisins, and cinnamon if using. Let the fruit warm through and soften for 2–3 minutes, adding a splash more milk if you prefer a looser texture.
  • Stir in brown sugar to taste and serve warm.
  • Try this: Swap half the milk for orange juice for a brighter, fruitier finish.
