Dried Pineapple & Banana Crunch Wrap
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Mariani Sweetened Banana Chips, very finely chopped (25 g)
- 2 tbsp Mariani No Sugar Added Pineapple, finely diced (20 g)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (30 g)
- 1 tbsp granola or crushed cornflakes, optional
- 1 medium flour tortilla (8-inch)
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla flat and spread the peanut butter over the center, leaving about 1 inch around the edge. Stir the chopped banana chips and diced pineapple into the peanut butter so they’re evenly coated. Sprinkle the crunch, if using.
- Fold the sides in, then fold up to form a sealed wrap.
- Toast the wrap in a dry nonstick skillet over medium heat, seam-side down, 1–2 minutes per side, until golden and lightly crisp.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
- Quick lift: Drizzle a bit of honey inside before folding for a hint of sweetness that melts right into the peanut butter.
