Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or 2%) 
  • 1 cup Mariani Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cup raw walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • A few fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by layering a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom of two clear glasses or parfait cups.
  • Add a layer of Mariani Dried Cranberries
  • Drizzle a bit of honey or agave syrup over the cranberries and walnuts.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are almost full, finishing with a layer of yogurt.
