Cranberry Walnut Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or 2%)
- 1 cup Mariani Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup raw walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- A few fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by layering a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom of two clear glasses or parfait cups.
- Add a layer of Mariani Dried Cranberries
- Drizzle a bit of honey or agave syrup over the cranberries and walnuts.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are almost full, finishing with a layer of yogurt.
- Garnish with a few cranberries and a mint leaf.
