Ingredients

  • Ā¾ cup Mariani Sweetened Organic Cranberries
  • 1 Ā¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • Ā½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Ā½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Ā½ teaspoon salt
  • Ā½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ā½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • Ā½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • Ā½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375Ā°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the Mariani Sweetened Organic Cranberries, reserving a few for topping.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about Ā¾ full. Press a few extra cranberries on top for a bakery-style look.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
