Health Benefits

For whatever the reason, my IBS of 45 years has been stopped by dates! I eat about 3/4 of a pack per day, and I no longer have any problems! I love Mariani's dates the best and appreciate the subscription service and their very clear communication with me if there are ever any issues. Mariani is simply the BEST!

A sweetener that metabolizes without elevating my glucose

I use Organic Deglet Noor Pitted Dates to sweeten wild salmon dishes and soups. They do so without elevating my glucose much if at all. That's become important in avoiding prediabetes as I age.
