Ingredients

  • 8-ounce wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 cup chopped Mariani Prunes
  • ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Place the brie in a small baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped prunes and walnuts and season with black pepper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and starting to melt. Loosely tent with aluminum foil if the walnuts start to get too dark.
  • After 20 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven and drizzle the balsamic glaze and honey. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped basil and serve immediately with crostini or crackers.
