No-Bake Date Granola Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mariani Organic Dates
- ½ cup granola (any variety, preferably with nuts/seeds)
- ¼ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- ¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend Mariani Organic Dates until they form a sticky paste.
- Add nut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, blending until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in granola, chopped nuts, and honey (if using), mixing until evenly combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Coat each bite in crushed granola for an extra crunch, if desired.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up, or enjoy right away!
