Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mariani Organic Dates
  • ½ cup granola (any variety, preferably with nuts/seeds)
  • ¼ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend Mariani Organic Dates until they form a sticky paste.
  • Add nut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, blending until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in granola, chopped nuts, and honey (if using), mixing until evenly combined.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
  • Coat each bite in crushed granola for an extra crunch, if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up, or enjoy right away!
