Prune and Goat Cheese Crostini
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- 1 cup Mariani Dried Prunes
- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice and top with Mariani Dried Prunes.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
