Tropical Tailgate Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 bag of tortilla chips (12 ounces)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- ½ pound ground beef, cooked and crumbled
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup chopped Mariani Dried Pineapple
- ½ cup chopped Mariani Dried Mango
- ½ cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
- Sprinkle the cooked ground beef and crumbled bacon over the chips, followed by the shredded cheese.
- Place the nachos in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and sprinkle with the chopped pineapple and mango. Add dollops of salsa and serve!
