Dried Apricot, Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Skewers
Ingredients
- 12 Mariani Mediterranean Dried Apricots
- 12 bite-size pieces of firm goat cheese
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 12 slices of prosciutto cotto
- 12 small wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Place a piece of goat cheese on top of each dried apricot.
- Wrap a piece of prosciutto cotto around the goat cheese and apricot.
- Pierce all ingredients with a small skewer or toothpick to hold everything together.
- If you enjoy a grilled flavor, place them over a preheated grill for 30 seconds on each side.
- Top at the end with a fresh basil leaf.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and enjoy!
