Dark Chocolate Dried Cherry Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mariani Sweetened Dried Cherries (120 g)
- 1½ cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (250 g)
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal, toasted nuts, or a mix of both (about 40 g)
- Flaky sea salt, for topping, optional
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, or microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the dried cherries and rice cereal (or nuts) until evenly coated.
- Drop heaping tbsps of the mixture onto the prepared sheet.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if using, and chill for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Little indulgence: Swap half the cherries for Mariani Sweetened Wild Blueberries for a berry mix vibe.
