Summer Turkey Salad with Nuts & Cherries Crunch

Ingredients
- 4 oz grilled turkey breast, sliced (can be leftovers or deli-style)
- 4 cups baby spinach (or mixed greens)
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese (or feta), crumbled
