Dried Cranberry & Beet Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Mariani Sweetened Cranberries
- ½ cup cooked beet, peeled and cubed, chilled (85g)
- ½ medium ripe banana, sliced (60g)
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (10g)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120 ml), or any milk you like
- ¼ cup orange juice (60 ml), preferably fresh
- Ice cubes, as desired
- Optional Toppings:
- Chopped Mariani Sweetened Cranberries (for garnish)
- Granola or toasted oats
- Fresh mint leaves
- Chopped Mariani Dried Mango
- A dollop of unsweetened Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add almond milk, orange juice, dried cranberries, beet, banana, and oats to a blender and blend on high until perfectly smooth, scraping down if needed.
- If it seems too thick, add a splash more milk or water and blend again.Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh mint or a few pieces of chopped dried mango for a unique and fruity pairing.
- Easy swap: Replace the banana with ½ cup frozen strawberries for a brighter, fruitier variation.
