Ingredients

  • 4 Mariani Pitted Dates
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you like)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1–2 extra Mariani Pitted Dates, finely chopped (for topping, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional, for glossy topping)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine 4 Mariani Pitted Dates, banana, vanilla ice cream, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and ice.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • For a finishing touch, toss the chopped dates with a drizzle of maple syrup or honey and sprinkle on top before serving.
