Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mariani Dried Mango (use as is, without soaking)
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds (such as flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds)
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a cooler drink)
  • A few fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional sweetener: honey or maple syrup, to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the dried mango, sliced banana, chia seeds, mixed seeds, and almond milk. Include ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth. If it's too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you desire more sweetness.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves on top.
