Dried Mango and Seed Smoothie with Mint
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mariani Dried Mango
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds (such as flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- Ice cubes (optional, for a cooler drink)
- A few fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Optional sweetener: honey or maple syrup, to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, add the dried mango, sliced banana, chia seeds, mixed seeds, and almond milk. Include ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth. If it's too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you desire more sweetness.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves on top.
