Dried Mango and Seed Smoothie with Mint
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mariani Sweetened Dried Mango, sliced (60 g)
- 1 medium ripe banana, sliced (120 g)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds, such as pumpkin or sunflower (9 g)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (480 ml), or any milk you like
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (5–10 ml), to taste, optional
Instructions
- 1. Add the almond milk, dried mango, banana, chia, mixed seeds, and mint to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down if needed.
- 2. Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey if you like.
- 3. Pour into glasses and garnish with extra mint leaves.
- Use a coconut beverage instead of almond milk for a more tropical finish.
