Prune, Banana & Spinach Energizing Smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ cup Mariani Pitted Prunes
- ½ banana, sliced
- ½ cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- ½ cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- ¼ cup water (optional, to adjust consistency)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)
Instructions
- For a smooth texture, soak the prunes in warm water for 5-10 minutes before blending. This step is optional, depending on the texture you prefer.
- Place the banana, baby spinach, soaked prunes (or unsoaked), and ground flaxseeds into your blender.
- Add almond milk and blend on high speed until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add water a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- If you like a colder, thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass, and enjoy the energizing, digestive-friendly start to your day!
