Smooth, mellow, and quietly sweet. Mariani Pitted Prunes blend with banana and baby spinach to make a creamy smoothie that works any time of day.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mariani Pitted Prunes
  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced (100g)
  • 1 cup baby spinach, lightly packed (30g)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (7g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml), or any milk you like
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice or ½ tsp grated fresh ginger, optional
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)

Instructions

  • Add the prunes, banana, spinach, flaxseeds, and milk to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Add a few ice cubes and blend again to your preferred thickness. Pour into a glass and serve cold.
  • Little boost: Add 1 tbsp lime juice or ½ tsp grated fresh ginger for brightness, or 1–2 tsp cocoa powder for a mellow chocolate twist.
