Prune, Banana & Spinach Energizing Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup Mariani Pitted Prunes
- 1 small ripe banana, sliced (100g)
- 1 cup baby spinach, lightly packed (30g)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (7g)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml), or any milk you like
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice or ½ tsp grated fresh ginger, optional
- Ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)
Instructions
- Add the prunes, banana, spinach, flaxseeds, and milk to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Add a few ice cubes and blend again to your preferred thickness. Pour into a glass and serve cold.
- Little boost: Add 1 tbsp lime juice or ½ tsp grated fresh ginger for brightness, or 1–2 tsp cocoa powder for a mellow chocolate twist.
