Health Benefits

For whatever the reason, my IBS of 45 years has been stopped by dates! I eat about 3/4 of a pack per day, and I no longer have any problems! I love Mariani's dates the best and appreciate the subscription service and their very clear communication with me if there are ever any issues. Mariani is simply the BEST!
