  • Using a food processor, pulse the almonds, Probiotic Apricots, Pitted Dates, and almond butter until finely chopped and the mixture begins to stick together.
  • Add the coconut flakes, chia seeds, and cinnamon to the processor and mix until combined
  • Line an 8×8 baking sheet with wax paper, pour the mixture in, and evenly spread it out. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  • Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes until the bars are set. Cut into bars and serve.
