Probiotic Apricot, Almond & Date Bar
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole raw almonds
- 1 cup Mariani Probiotic Apricots
- 1 cup Mariani Pitted Dates
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Using a food processor, pulse the almonds, Probiotic Apricots, Pitted Dates, and almond butter until finely chopped and the mixture begins to stick together.
- Add the coconut flakes, chia seeds, and cinnamon to the processor and mix until combined
- Line an 8×8 baking sheet with wax paper, pour the mixture in, and evenly spread it out. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes until the bars are set. Cut into bars and serve.
