Berries & Cherries Summer Cooler Punch
Ingredients
- ½ cup Mariani Sweetened Berries ’n Cherries (70 g)
- 2 cups cherry juice (480 ml)
- 1 cup white grape juice (240 ml)
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling water (480 ml)
- Ice, for serving
- Orange slices, for garnish, optional
- 1½ oz berry or cherry liqueur per serving (45 ml), added to the glass, optional
Instructions
- 1. Add the dried berries & cherries to a pitcher, then stir in the cherry juice and white grape juice. Let soak for 15–20 minutes to plump the fruit and chill the mix.
- 2. Just before serving, pour in the lemon-lime soda or sparkling water and stir gently.
- 3. Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over. Garnish with orange slices. For a boozy version, add the liqueur to each glass before topping with punch.
- Try this: Add 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30 ml) if using soda and you prefer a brighter, less sweet finish.
