Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Mariani Sweetened Cranberries
  • ½ cup cooked beet (peeled and cubed)
  • ½ banana  
  • 1½ tablespoons rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk or water (adjust for consistency)
  • Optional Toppings:
  •    Chopped Mariani Sweetened Cranberries (for garnish)
  •    Granola or toasted oats
  •    Fresh mint leaves
  •    Chopped Mariani Dried Mango
  •    A dollop of unsweetened Greek yogurt 

Instructions

  • Soak the Mariani Sweetened Cranberries in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them.
  • Combine the soaked cranberries, cooked beet, fresh banana, rolled oats, almond milk (or water) in a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with additional liquid if needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with chopped cranberries, granola, fresh mint, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a few pieces of chopped Mariani Dried Mango for a unique and fruity pairing.
