Beet & Cranberry Power Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Mariani Sweetened Cranberries
- ½ cup cooked beet (peeled and cubed)
- ½ banana
- 1½ tablespoons rolled oats
- ¾ cup almond milk or water (adjust for consistency)
- Optional Toppings:
- Chopped Mariani Sweetened Cranberries (for garnish)
- Granola or toasted oats
- Fresh mint leaves
- Chopped Mariani Dried Mango
- A dollop of unsweetened Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Soak the Mariani Sweetened Cranberries in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them.
- Combine the soaked cranberries, cooked beet, fresh banana, rolled oats, almond milk (or water) in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with additional liquid if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with chopped cranberries, granola, fresh mint, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a few pieces of chopped Mariani Dried Mango for a unique and fruity pairing.
